Terms of Use

By accessing the Site, you confirm you are at least 13 years of age and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are submitting an admissions application on behalf of a minor, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Submit personal data of another person without their consent.
• Upload files that contain viruses, malware, or any code intended to harm.
• Attempt to bypass security controls including CAPTCHA, rate limits, or authentication.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site or its forms.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation with the University.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit. The University reserves the right to verify information provided in admissions applications and to reject or rescind an offer if material information is found to be false or misleading.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, course descriptions, faculty profiles, and the Chaitanya University name and emblem — is owned by the University or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires written permission.

By uploading documents (such as certificates, ID proofs, photographs) you confirm:

• You own the documents or have the right to share them.
• The documents are genuine and not forged or tampered with.
• You grant the University the right to store, transmit, and use the documents solely for processing your application and meeting regulatory requirements.

Submitted documents are stored in a private, access-controlled storage location and are not shared publicly.

The Site may link to external websites (e.g. accreditation bodies, government portals) and uses third-party services (Cloudflare for CAPTCHA, Brevo for email, Supabase for storage). The University is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites; their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the University and its officers, faculty, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the University from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Warangal, Telangana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
