Office of the Controller of Examinations — schedule, hall tickets, results, and fee payment.
The Controller of Examinations (COE) office is the single point of responsibility for every examination conducted across all programmes at Chaitanya (Deemed to be University). From scheduling and hall ticket issuance to evaluation, result declaration, and certificate issuance — the office ensures that the entire cycle runs on time, under clear rules, and with complete integrity.
Alongside exam conduct, the COE office maintains examination records, coordinates the annual Convocation, issues transcripts and degree certificates, and provides verification services to employers, government bodies, and other universities. Grievances connected to examinations are addressed here within notified timelines, and a strict code against malpractice is upheld in line with University regulations and UGC norms.
Fast paths to the services students use most. Schedules and notifications are on this site; hall tickets, results, and fee payment open in the student portal at chaitanya.net.in.
