We collect information you provide directly through forms on this website, including:

• Contact details: name, email, phone number, address.
• Academic information: qualifications, previous institutions, marks, programs of interest.
• Identification: Aadhaar or passport number where required for an admissions application.
• Documents: certificates, ID proof, and photographs you upload to support an application.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed (collected via standard server logs and analytics).

• To process admissions enquiries and applications.
• To respond to questions you send through our contact forms.
• To send you relevant information about programs, events, and updates from the University.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access (e.g. CAPTCHA, rate limits, audit logs).
• To comply with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements (UGC, AICTE, etc.).

How we may contact you:by submitting a form, you consent to us reaching out using any of the contact details you provide — including email, phone call, SMS, and WhatsApp. We use these channels strictly to follow up on your enquiry or application.

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (for example, anti-CSRF tokens and unlock cookies on password-protected forms) and may use first-party analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for advertising.

We share your information only with:

• University departments responsible for admissions, academics, and administration.
• Service providers we use to operate this site (hosting, email delivery via Brevo, CAPTCHA via Cloudflare Turnstile, file storage via Supabase). These providers process data on our behalf under written agreements.
• Government, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities where required by law.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Form submissions are tagged with a retention period at the time of submission and are automatically deleted after that period expires. Admission applications are typically retained for 18 months after the application cycle; offer-holder records may be retained longer in line with UGC/AICTE record-keeping requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your data (where we are not required by law to retain it).
• Withdraw consent for processing where consent was the basis.
• Lodge a grievance with our Data Protection contact (see Section 10).

All form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Sensitive data is stored encrypted and access is restricted to authorised University personnel. We use rate-limiting, CAPTCHA, and anti-CSRF protections to defend against automated abuse. While no system is perfectly secure, we follow industry-standard practices to protect your information.

Our admissions forms are intended for prospective students who are typically 17 years or older. If a parent or guardian submits information on behalf of a minor, they confirm consent for the University to process that information for admissions purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on our home page or notified to recent applicants.
