Dr. Ch. Naga Suresh Prasad Reddy is a Member of the Society. He passed his MBBS from the Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad and the MS (Orthopedics) from the Kurnool Medical College, affiliated to NTR Health University in November, 2004. He has also to his credit MRCSEd from the UK. He is a member of Royal College Edinburgh.
Dr. Reddy is a License holder of New Mexico Medical License, Texas Medical License and Full Medical License. He also earned ABCOS-2017 Board Certification.
As an Orthopedic Surgeon, he worked as Registrar (Senior Resident) Orthopedic and Trauma, at North West Regional Hospital Burnie Tasmania, Australia and also as Resident (PGY1-3) Orthopedic and Trauma at NTR Health University India. He also rendered service as Orthopedic Surgeon at Carolina Pines Medical Centre, Hartsville SC. He also extended his services as Orthopedic Surgeon at Prosser Memorial Hospital Prosser, WA.
Presently he is working as Orthopedic Surgeon at Raymond G Murphy VA Medical Centre, Albuquerque USA.
Apart from discharging duties as Orthopedic Surgeon, he has been rendering service as Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, since May 2018. Previously he served as Adjunct Assistant Professor at PNWU (Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences), Jan 2014–2017, College of Osteopathic Medicine and Clinical Preceptor at Heritage University, Toppenish, WA Physician Assistant Educational Program (Jan 2016–2017).
As a Faculty, he conducted courses — Faculty for Arthroplasty Cadaver Workshop UNM (2018 and 2019), Faculty of Arthroscopic Skills Course UNM (2018, 2019) and Faculty on MSK Ultrasound Skills Workshop (May 2020).
He rendered voluntary service as Team Physician (2013–2016) for Prosser School (WA State Football Champion for 2015).
In spite of his busy schedule as Orthopedic Surgeon and teaching faculty at various universities, he has been playing a vital role in the development of society-sponsored educational institutions. In the capacity as the Director of International Relations, he has put in all his efforts with regard to the Society entering into MoUs with University of Alabama, Virginia Commonwealth University, Savannah State University and Eastern Michigan University of USA. All these universities are State Funded universities.
He wants to develop these institutions as role models for other managements to follow. He is studying other educational institutions and wants to introduce the best available practices and implement them in Chaitanya (Deemed to be University). His aim is to work relentlessly and achieve academic excellence.
His research capabilities are reflected in the form of publishing papers in various reputed Medical Journals of USA and paper and poster presentations in meetings of Orthopedic Surgeons at USA.
